We were all upstairs playing today. I was reading to Isabelle and Jacob was playing with Andrew on the floor. Andrew is really moving around. He army crawls and rolls around to get places he wants to get to. Today he managed to army crawl under the play table. He started fussing and Jacob was there, here is what was said:
Hey buddy, you are ok. Are you scared because it's a little dark under here? Don't worry Jesus is with you!
When I heard that I about started to cry. When we are talking about Jesus to our kids, they seem to agree with what we are saying just so we can stop talking and start playing, wrestling, or tackling. I always wonder if what we are saying or teaching is actually sinking in. It was a much needed reminder that our kids do hear what we say and they are starting to believe it and teach each other too. That's the awesome part.
That's so sweet! I can't believe Andrew is already crawling. Dylan is still just trying to roll over=)
