It's official 9453 Stoneridge Court is For Sale! I am so weird... I talk about nothing else for weeks to my husband about getting the house ready to list. Now, the time has come and I start doubting myself about selling and get sad about not living in this town home. This is our first home together as a family. All of our children were babies here. We have shared so many meals with friends here, watched numerous movies, played a gamete of games, and more. There is no guarantee that it will sell in this housing market, but it could, and that makes me get sad. Pray for us as we are on this new journey to new places. Pray for the right people to come in and love the home and take care of it. (Look how clean the house looks!!!- see mom all those hard years of training me have paid off)

ReplyDeleteGod will bring the right buyer to you if it is the time for you to sell. Our house sold in 13 days which is completely unheard of in this housing market. We are settling in at our Faribault home. I actually am in Mississippi visiting with my parents, so hubby is doing some decorating while I am gone.
You and your family are in my prayers.
P.S. The house does look GREAT! Now trying to keep it that way will be a lot easier if you just do a little every day. That is what I did, so it made it easier to be ready for showings. Granted, I only have one child and you have three! However, I am SURE that they are BIG helpers, right?
