Warm welcome

Last night while I was at practice, one of our new neighbors brought over a plate of cookies and invited me to a "Coffee with the moms". She actually made a map of all the homes in our neighborhood and labeled each home with the names of the people, their kids, and the kids ages. I was so excited! Sadly, we not be living here for long, but I was touched by the thought and initiative. So, next Monday the kids and I will venture across the cul-ti-sac to meet the moms of the neighborhood. I am so excited for the kids to meet and play with kids their ages- that's something I always wanted for them.

    She made a map for you??? That has got to be the most thoughtful gesture I have every heard of for a newbie in the neighborhood. Where and when are you moving..do you know yet?
