Nemo on Ice

Thanks to a friend, the family had a fun family night out in Minneapolis. We all enjoyed the Disney production of Nemo on Ice. It was a great performance. There was music, dancing (on skates), some dangling from the ceiling, and even fire! We think Andrew had the most fun, him screaming "Nemo" and pointing and dancing were so cute. Izzy was afraid of the loud parts and the fire, and Jake thought it was all good. The costumes were amazing! I can hardly ice skate with my snow gear on, let alone with a fish head attached to me! Thanks friend for helping to create memories for the family.
**One cool God thing- As I was in a huff about the cost of things at this event, I had to tell Jake that we were not going to buy a toy (for $24) and Brenton had to explain to Izzy that we were not going to buy popcorn for $6.00 (In a medium sized box). As the kids sat down after intermission with very disappointed faces, the man who walks around with popcorn passed one down our isle, and said it was for the guy with the glasses. We grabbed it and planned on passing it down the isle, but there were no other men with glasses except Brenton. Someone that we knew sitting a few rows back bought us a box of popcorn! They didn't know our kids were disappointed, but God did and they assisted with answering our prayer. I just continued to say Praise Jesus(Jake thought I was crazy)! The kids were so happy!
