I happened to be watching WCCO news the other night when I saw the story on the "New" trend in corporate America. I love the new concept of- "Work when you want, as long as you get your work done." I think this is a great concept, especially for women like myself (or men) that want to stay home with their kids full or part time and have a career. Clocking in from 8-5 might be a thing of the past in the future. Watch the video to get the whole story.
