The picture is blurry, but you get the idea of the excitement in the house at that moment. Last week, Brenton came up with a great idea to have a pajama party surprise! We got the kids in their pj's, put them to bed like normal, let them lay there 5-10 minutes, then surprised them with getting them out of bed and going to Applebee's for 1/2 off appetizers at 9pm. They were so excited and surprised at what we were doing.
They had a blast, they are still talking about it- it was a great way to build some memories and for us all to bond as a family. We hope to do more surprise family parties with them in the future! I am open to any fun and cheap surprise ideas you have.
