Sign of Chirstmas

Our kids love the movie ELF! To be honest, I love it too. They ask to watch it everyday, but we have to pace ourselves since we still have a couple weeks til Christmas. There are so many funny parts, this is just one that I picked for today!

2.5 stars for the Third

I am in no way a movie critic, but we went to Shrek yesterday and I would give it 2.5 out of 5 stars. It was way over the kids heads, but they still thought it was cute. I thought it was a little scary, and definitely not as funny as the first. Maybe it's one of those movies you need to see more than once, but I found myself getting bored while watching. I was distracted by Isabelle's restlessness, but all in all I just don't think it lived up to all the hype. The best part about the movie was that I got to hang out with just Jake and Izzy! They got a free poster and free Shrek mask which was very fun and the theater was beautiful. Jacob has been watching some cartoons this morning and there is a commercial for Shrek during every break- they are pushing this one hard. If you go check it out, let me know what you think of it.
