I survived!

Well, I made it through, but I won't say it was pretty. I cried for the first part. Once they put the needle in my mouth to numb the pain, I shreeked, then cried and started hyperventalating. Call me a baby, but I would much rather do labor than that ever again!

The people were very kind, and really tried to help me relax, but I was way too stressed out. It took longer too. It was suppose to be an hour and it ended up almost 2 hours. But the nerve is gone, so hopefully the pain will be too. It's very sore right now, but within a week is should be gone. The bad news is that there is a cavity in the tooth behind the one worked on so I have to go get that taken care of within the next few weeks also, so I don't end up having to do this again.

I now know the importance of insurance. We don't have dental, but I am grateful for the medical that we do have. I can't imagine the bills some people have to pay.

  2. I dislike greatly going to the dentist. However, I am happy that they were able to help you out. I know whenever they work on my mouth...it takes a week to heal.
I am sorry you were so nervious, usually I blast the headphones. And then the slightest pain I say...um more drugs please.
