Blogs connecting two worlds

As I mentioned below, we met up with Ben and Ainsley Arment. Ben was the man behind the whole White Board conference, and let me brag on him to say he did an awesome job planning, organizing and executing the conference, and he never once looked (on the outside) to be stressed about anything. I think he should give a session on how to keep yourself together under pressure. And same goes for Ainsley. Being the wife of the man in charge, and moving her family from Virginia to Georgia only 4 days after the conference was over she was a calm as can be. But seriously, some people think blogging is stupid and a waste of time. But blogging for Brenton and I has brought this couple into our lives (we don't know why) on the east coast of the country for some reason. I feel like I have a friend over there, that I could call and talk to or email about anything. Life is strange sometimes. It brings people in and out of our lives, sometimes too quickly. I am so glad that I have this blog, and that others have theirs so we can stay in touch and give and receive encouragement as we feel it needs to be given.
To Ben and Ainsley, it was so great to finally meet face to face. We wish we could have chatted longer or helped you with packing for your move. Thank you for being encourager's to both of us. We hope and pray that we will get to sit down again and continue to chat about life, kids and ministry. Who knows, maybe next year? We've never been to Atlanta either! Blessings to you both!

  1. Steph,
It was soooooo great finally meeting you in person. It is so funny how we could just pick right up in conversation, like we've known eachother for years. =)

Thanks for your kind words... we are blessed to call you both friends.

Can't wait for you to visit us in Atlanta!
