1 bag Romaine lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
crumbled light Feta cheese (as much as you want)
Honey Roasted sliced Almonds (Found in the produce section)
1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp white pepper
1. Combine the romaine and spinach.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients, shake together and refrigerate.
3. Right before serving sprinkle on the rest of the ingredients. Use as much or as little as you want.
4. Shake the dressing (ingredients will separate) Then sprinkle on and toss.- You won't use all of the dressing! I would put a little on, then taste to see if you need more.
