Well, thank you Lord for great insurance through the church, and for leading someone to think that mold might be good medicine! Here is an update on Isabelle... After fighting a 104 temperature for 3 days I finally took her into the Dr. She is now experiencing her first dose of Amoxacillan (spelling???) as she has be diagnosed with an ear infection. WOW- I love that stuff. I can't exclude the Tylenol either. We have been keeping them in business the last couple of days. Isabelle has only had one dose of the meds, and is a completely different child. I actually have my arms back to do something(like blog).
Being a parent is the toughest job in the world, and the pay and benefits is horrible, but I wouldn't trade it for anything! Thanks Jake and Izzy for being wonderful children and bringing joy and happiness to each day of my life! I love you both!
I'm
ReplyDeleteI'm new to this high tech stuff. I hope you keep my Grandbabies healthy because I'll be doing my super Nana duties soon.
ReplyDeleteJaclyn had the same thing but a 103 temp for 4 days. After a trip to urgent care (suggestion of nurseline) and a crabby, non sleeping girl all weekend, she also was diagnosed with an ear infection yesterday. Still waiting for those meds to kick in though. Aren't they so much fun! I was able to enjoy a real smile from her for the first time in over a week! We should have put them together.
ReplyDeleteOh man Janelle, I am with you girl! Izzy still didn't sleep last night, so I am praying that tonight she will. She still has a slight fever too. Jake had 5 ear infections by the time he was Izzy's age, so I am doing good with her. Let me know if you need anything!
ReplyDeleteWow, Nana Barb makes her very first blogging apperance. Welcome Nana.
